Roberto Torres
Roberto, originally from Puerto Rico, moved to Florida in 1990. Since October 1995, he has been married to Elaine, a native of New York, who also relocated to Florida in 1990. Together, they have built a successful business partnership and life with God being the center.
Roberto and Elaine became part of the Greeneway Church (GWC) family on January 1, 2012. Roberto has completed extensive Bible studies, graduated from a Florida institute, and both he and Elaine are studying for a Master of Arts in Ministry at a theological seminary. Roberto is also a proud graduate of the MIT program at Greeneway Church, and his dedication to his faith and community has led him to become a Licensed Minister through GWC.
For six years, Roberto served on the board of directors at GWC, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to the church's mission. Today, he plays a vital pastoral role, focusing on the Hispanic group, and coordinates the Spanish Service alongside his wife, Elaine, who also serves as a Worship Leader.
Roberto and Elaine’s partnership extends beyond their business, as they dedicate their time and talents to serving and uplifting the GWC community. Their combined efforts have significantly enriched the spiritual lives of the congregation, especially within the Spanish-speaking community.
